Paul Cebar Returns this Friday!

Snow, wind, and cold. Paul Cebar could not be coming at a better time. Take a break from the winter gray, and let Paul Cebar & Tomorrow Sound brighten up your weekend. His omni-pop blend of Caribbean, Reggae, Afro, Funk and Zydeco will warm you to the core.

This is Paul's fourth appearance here. His band is one of tightest veteran groups you will ever see and is the same as his previous appearances. This includes the former R&B Cadet Bob Jennings (saxophone, keyboards), Mike Fredrickson (bass guitar), Reggie Bordeaux (drums) and McKinley "Mac" Perkins (percussion). Five artists total.

Paul has had his own radio show for 30 years and what is said to be one of the largest known record collections. He is a living, breathing, music encyclopedia.

Some critical acclaim from the critically acclaimed.......

"Paul Cebar has been a musicians' musician for as long as I've known him. Nothing wrong with that but how sweet it would be if at last the wider public could finally catch on to what the rest of us have known for all these years (in my case nearly thirty) that Cebar is the real thing: a proper soulful cat with the tunes, the chops and the voice to swing this epoch back to its senses."   - Nick Lowe

“I’ve been a fan of Paul’s for a long time. He and his band play great funky, original music, drawing from a wide range of styles I love. We love touring with them and his radio show is awesome.”   - Bonnie Raitt

As an added incentive, we recently booked 2 Griffin House shows for Thursday, June 4th and Saturday, June 6th. We will sell tickets to those upcoming shows to anyone attending Paul Cebar or Miss Tess later in February. We just want to make sure that our regular theater patrons get first crack at them as they sell out very quickly.
