Memorial Day - one of my favorite holidays - is the unofficial start to summer. Pool covers are taken off. Grills are busted out for the first time. Families get together to celebrate the long weekend.
It's a jam-packed weekend, and it's full of tradition. What better way to remember and celebrate those who have so graciously served (or are serving) our country? This weekend, hug your loved ones a little tighter and appreciate all that we have to be grateful for!
Join us in raising a glass in honor of our military heroes. To help, we're listing what "Made Men" calls the 7 most American cocktails. Our bar is fully stocked, and we'll be serving up these classics all weekend long:

Yep, that's right. Not only are we open from 4pm to 10pm this Memorial Day, we'll also be serving our full menu. We keep everything the same including our Monday special, Steak Diane!
While our biggest competition this holiday weekend will be the cookouts at nearly every house on the block, our doors will be open. We won't be deterred. Perhaps its because over the course of the years, we've discovered that:

- 12% will seek out restaurants with summer specials and promotions (did we mention the Steak Diane?)
- 22% will visit a restaurant they have never been to before
- 20% will dine at one of their favorite restaurants

- This year, nearly 37.2 million Americans will travel 50+ miles or more for the weekend.
- Recent polls indicate that Memorial Day ranks as 7th favorite among holidays.
