We borrow a few flavors from Greek cuisine to top this week's gourmet beef patty - hence the name. Feta cheese and tzatziki (a flavorful cucumber yogurt sauce) add to the worldly experience. We also throw in some cucumbers and spinach for good measure. Enjoy!
