For those of you that are kicking yourselves for missing the the Andy Frasco show, I can promise you a show that is similar in vibe and energy... five great seasoned musicians playing a multitude of different instruments. Paul's music has very little comparison to any genre. He can be described as a mix of Zydeco, Cuban, Latin, Reggae, Funk, Fusion with a splash of Bohemia.

Paul has been a long-time staple of Chicago and Milwaukee live music scene with his band The Milwaukeeans. The other day, we had a business traveler in for lunch and after looking at the menu, a big smile came across his face, "Paul Cebar is playing here?" That smile tells it all, and I am sure you will leave with one also. Last time he was here, the entire room was standing, dancing, and shucking.

In 2001, 15 1/2 years into the dance band incarnation of The Milwaukeeans, the fellows presented, "Suchamuch," a long-requested live album recorded at Martyr's in Chicago and continued to offer their multifarious wares to all and sundry. The present day incarnation of Tomorrow Sound is taking shape at present with the arrival of bassist Mike Fredrickson and the return of percussionist Mac Perkins to the fold, joining 13 year veterans Reggie Bordeaux on drums and Bob Jennings on saxophones and keyboards.

The Giving Tree Band
Saturday, December 28th at 8:00 pm  |  Tickets $20 general admission

The Giving Tree Band: just announced and now on sale!

GTB played here last year in our holiday show. Seven musicians, six sets of strings across the front, each one sharing the jam. This show sold out quick last year. This will be a later start because it is a Saturday, 8pm sharp. Almost all of our shows, if it is in our control start right on time.

View more about the Giving Tree Band here.

Also, we are talking to Andy Frasco about a return date late winter/early spring. Hopefully we will have something to announce at the Paul Cebar show.
