Spring Cocktails

Spring is here, and in true Uptown fashion, we have been creating some new, original cocktails made with fresh, interesting ingredients to help you get into the warm weather spirit! Although we seem to dip in and out of warmer temperatures almost daily, our bartenders are putting together some new drinks that you must try on your next visit.

Basil Rum Shakeup
This new cocktail borrows from one of our originals - the lemon shake up. Hand-squeezed fresh lemon juice, Bacardi light rum and fresh basil are muddled to create quite a refreshing cocktail. Forget the traditional, boring ol' vodka shakeup, and try something new. These flavors bring the flavors and aromas of spring.

Berry Tartini
This foo-foo martini is made with blue raspberry vodka, triple sec, cranberry and again - fresh squeezed lemon juice. Almost a tropical punch-like flavor that makes this drink berry good.

The Spring Mule
We know the traditional Moscow Mule has been making its way back into mainstream over the last few years. This classic is great on its own, but as I said a few week's back, bartenders across the country are coming up with variations that are quite amazing. Come try ours. Starting with the traditional vodka and ginger beer, we finish it off with lingonberry and grapefruit juice. As always, it's served in its signature copper mug.

Spring Fling
Spiced rum, triple sec, pineapple and cranberry juice are finished off with a fresh squeezed lime. As we dip in and out of spring-like temperatures, this drink sure fits the bill!

Here's to hoping the warmer temperatures come to stay. Any of these tasty drinks pair well with a nice sunny (warm) afternoon spent on our newly re-opened patio!
