Don't Miss Miss Tess

Just in case you're still on the fence about seeing this show....

  • Our next scheduled event is not until early April, so get your fix now.
  • All of our shows start right on time at 7:30 (and don't worry, we won't keep you too late on a weeknight).
  • The theater will be comfortably laid out so every chair has a table.
  • You get first crack at Griffin House tickets for June 4th and 6th

Miss Tess & the Talkbacks  |  Wednesday, February 25th  |  7:30 pm

Inspired by styles of vintage swing, blues, country, and early rock-n-roll, Miss Tess draws comparisons to artists such as Patsy Cline, Willie Nelson, Peggy Lee, and Chuck Berry but maintains a style all of her own. 

Be sure to check out her website for a creative Internet response to the generation-old cat call of "Freebird."  Nicknamed "Show me your Freebird," Miss Tess records requested songs at very random locations and with very random musicians. The results are varied, but there are some really cool ones in there... from Buck Owens and Blondie, to Hall and Oates and Lucinda Williams.
