Return of the Frasco Fiasco!

The dates have been circled on your calendars for months! Now it's time to find your babysitters, make your dinner reservations, call in sick the next day, and do whatever else you need to do to prepare yourself for a night of standing on chairs, musical dueling battles in the audience, incredible live music, and the occasional shirt removal.

This can only mean one thing...that's right folks, Andy Frasco and the United Nations are just 7 days away! Can you even believe it?!

Andy Frasco is no stranger to our Playlist Theater. In fact, this is his fourth appearance on our stage. Each time he leaves his audiences wanting more and he leaves everyone wondering how the heck is this crazy band going to outdo themselves? (Better yet, how are we at the Uptown going to prepare ourselves?!)

For starters, we have finally realized that one night is just simply not enough to take in all that Andy Frasco and the United Nations has to offer! Andy brings so much life, art, and energy to the stage that we decided to invite him to play back-to-back shows.

Andy Frasco and the United Nations
Thursday, May 14 & Friday, May 15  |  7:30 pm
$22 General Admission  |  Purchase Tickets

Andy plays nearly 250 nights out of the year. Since he travels so much, he often has to pick up musicians from other parts of the country to play with him (and they have never disappointed). Not this time! On top of having him entertain you two nights in a row, we also have the ENTIRE California Crew traveling with him.

The west coast band, as Ray refers to them, is how he came to know and love Andy Frasco! This crew includes Andee Avila, Supa Man, Shawn Eckels and Ernie Change, the saxophone-toting Asian Tom Cruise. Andy's shows are always out of this world, but with the original band all coming for 2 nights...yikes! Talk about a Frasco Fiasco!

We still have tickets left for each show, but you must act quickly, there are only a few left. If you are worried that you've missed out on the Friday opportunity, be sure and give Thursday's show a try. Yes we know you are nervous about having too much fun on a Thursday because you have work the next day and it's a week night...

But Andy says it best when he says, “We seem happiest when we are in the moment and not thinking about what has to happen or whats going to happen.”

If anyone can take your mind off of real life, adulthood, or responsibility, it's Andy Frasco and the United Nations. Come see for yourself. Tickets are only $22 each, but the experience is priceless!
