Meet the Meats


We're excited to tell you about two new entrees that will be added to the menu soon for a VERY short time. Our chefs have created a new special that will be here for this weekend only. So yes, for two days only - Friday and Saturday nights - we'll be offering a french cut pork roast. We generously rub a blend of crushed herbs and slow roast a french cut pork roast and lay it on a bed of a robust housemade porcini mushroom sauce.

We are also introducing a twist on the classic filet. Our peppercorn crusted filet is a 10 ounce hand and center cut filet that is grilled to your choice of temperature and served with a house made dijon demi glaze. This tender and savory dish is sure to warm you to the core with the bone chilling cold sweeping the area.

Served best with a glass of our newly introduced Pinot Noir, we guarantee that you'll be just as excited about these new additions as we are.
