While we still have a little ways to go with Eilen tickets, here is your "warning sign." This sultry siren is well on her way to being sold out.

A week from Wednesday, Eilen (pronounced ee-len) will be here with the same reputable ensemble you see in this video. We don't want our music fans to miss this one. When we started selling this one, it was interesting that many of the sales came from quite a distance. She has a major following and is on the verge of something big. Around our gig, she is playing at the City Winery in Chicago and the Opera House in Stoughton, Wisconsin. We are in pretty good company!

Eilen hails from Idaho. She is currently recording her fifth, full-length, solo album with her long-time road band of Jerry G. Miller (named instrumentalist of the year the past two years in a row), husband and drummer Jason Beek, and slapping upright bass player Johnny Sciascia. People rave about her band! Her music has been on several major TV shows and ad campaigns. Just to name a few.....
  • Fast Songs National prime-time TV commercial: Too Hot Too Sleep…from 2007's Letters From Sinners and Strangers
  • True Blood – HBO Seasons 2 & 3: Shakin' All Over from 2009's Sea of Tears & Till You Lay Down Your Heavy Load from 2005's Boundary County
  • Sons of Anarchy – FX I Remember You from 2011's Queen of the Minor Key
  • Hellcats – CW Boundary County from Boundary County
  • Earth 2100 – ABC How Long from Letters from Sinners and Strangers
  • Final Witness – ABC Radio CIty from Queen of the Minor Key & The Flood from Boundary County

It seems like a long time since we have hosted a new artist. We must be getting close having done a hundred shows now. It is becoming harder and harder to work new artists into the mix. Mario and I were talking about the difference in the energy in the room and our excitement levels when we get to host a new artist. Come and see why we felt Eilen Jewell should be part of our mix.
